Everyone is unique and searches for happiness in their own way, but sometimes we all need a little help discovering what that happiness looks like.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or striving for personal growth, I’m here to help you navigate those feelings and shape the life you’ve always dreamed of.
Together, we can work on your healing journey, creating a supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
My approach is compassionate, personalized, and rooted in evidence-based practices that are tailored to your unique needs.
I received my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University and my Master of Social Work from the University of Utah. Throughout my career, I have worked in state, private, non-profit, and school settings, gaining diverse experiences that have heightened my compassion and desire to help people break free from dysfunctional patterns that hold them back.
I believe that most people just want to be happier, and my goal is to help you achieve that.
I specialize in working with teens and families, especially in navigating the challenging period of adolescence. Using evidence-based therapeutic methods, I help teens and their families identify and change destructive patterns, teaching them healthier ways to interact and grow together.
I also provide dedicated support for those navigating LGBTQ+ and Transgender issues, creating a safe, inclusive space for everyone to explore their identity and feel heard.
Creating your story and working toward happiness takes effort, and sometimes it means doing hard things—but you can do it!
I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Together, we’ll build a plan to help you move forward, so you can live your best life.
